Tiger stadium was amazing before it was closed. So many great memories from that stadium especially sitting out there with the bleacher creatures.

The Michigan Ohio State game is a must. No better rivalry in all of sports. Notre Dame stadium is nice from a tradition standpoint although the stadium is mild compared to some of the bigger college stadiums.

Indeed if you have not had the pleasure of tailgating in the Ole Miss grove you are missing one of the great southern traditions.

I have been fortunate to spend much time in the grove and I must say that nothing compares to the hospitality and sense of family and friends.

The ole miss grove should be on your list!

I’ve only been to one MLB stadium in my life, and that’s just enough for me. Sure, I would like to see some others, but it’s not that important.

Travelling the country visiting sports stadiums is always something I wanted to do here in the UK.
And then you get married and have 2 kids…

I’ve only attended one college football game but it was not a big game, I think it was Northern Illinois vs. Akron. A few years ago a friend and I rode our motorcycles out to Purdue to take in the atmosphere on campus during a Purdue vs. Notre Dame game but we didn’t attend the game.

Thanks for sharing your list Shawn. I’m with you on everything but the Super Bowl, that is one event that I really have no desire to experience in person. Last year when my team, Da Bears, were in the SB I didn’t even want to go to any parties. I wanted to park myself right in front of my own TV and enjoy the game.

After reading this post, I just had to check the ESPN link to verify that my school (well, former) was on the list.

Sure enough, #27 - Tailgating in the SEC, with Ole Miss and the Grove being listed first It truly is an amazing sight to experience… and its even better that it happens at every home game!

Anyway, if I had to make a list…

-Being front row at a major boxing event.

-Superbowl.

-College football national championship game with Ole Miss playing to win.

-UFC pay-per-view event.

I am sure there are others, but thats all I can think of right now. Im not a baseball fan, so anything related to that sport wouldn’t interest me one bit.
