		<description>I can only imagine how hard it is for fathers these days to find time to spend with there family. The main reason men chose their work over their family is because in order to keep the lifestyle they are accustomed to, a certain amount of work must be dome. It's really not fair for the children, but that's just the way it is with alot of modern families.</description>
