iPhooey The Free iPhone Contest
As many of you likely know by now, Mr. Gary Lee is giving away a free iPhone in part to help promote his new project site on golf equipment called Bunkers Paradise.
While Gary is well versed with regard to internet marketing and I am sure this contest will generate the results that he is after, I have to say that I am not all that interested in actually winning the free iPhone.
So why am I entering the contest with this post? Good question!
I’ve decided that I will take a page out of the book that Ms. Danielle authored about giving away a premium prize that was won from a popular blog contest. For those that may not know, Ms. Danielle runs a free online coupon site that provides deals and coupons for women who love to shop and save money.
Okay, back to the iPhone.
Since my overall feeling on the iPhone is a resounding iPhooey, I have decided that if I were to win the contest that I will turn around and offer the phone in a contest on this blog. In a moment of pure evilness, I considered the idea of destroying the phone on video if I were to win but I am sure that someone else would enjoy the iPhone more than I would enjoy smashing it to pieces…or maybe not!

@Gary :: It’s not that I hate the iPhone that much but I tend to build a dislike for products that are hyped that much. I’m just not one to buy into it - plus I would never actually spend that much for a phone so I just don’t get it.
@Prize Blog :: Bribe sounds like such a dirty word, persuaded. Yeah, I can be persuaded easily!

God, I love seeing that thing blended. I hate mediocre products that are massively marketed. The iPhone lady should enter the contest so she can recover the 800 bucks she wasted
