Speedlinking - 14 Jan 2008

Last week I shared a little bit of link love with a few of the bloggers that have been around here since the early days.

This edition of Speedlinking is intended to give a little link juice to a few of the people that are relatively new members of the community. While they may be new faces in the crowd, they have all jumped right in and have become a tremendous part of the community.

1. Alan Johnson operates TheRatingBlog.com and offers a no-nonsense approach to making money online as he discusses online business, SEO, and Interweb marketing. Be sure to check out Alan’s interview with Rand Fishkin, CEO and co-founder of SEOmoz.org.

2. Nicole Price can be found over at Great Prices Here, where she covers various ways to earn, save, and spend money. Just in case you need some added motivation or a target to shoot towards, take a look at Nicole’s look at the rich, richer, and richest broken down by country. This is a list that I am sure any of us would not mind being included on in the near future.

3. Futon-Matt and his wife, Futon-Noelle, own and operate Goodnight Moon Futon. When I first saw this site I was reminded of my days in college when I slept on a futon and delivered furniture to pay for my booze books. For anyone that has questions about futons, check out the futon ABC’s and be sure to tell Matt and Noelle that I said hello.

4. Joe Cheray, aka Wildheart, can be found over at Wildheart’s Works where she shares her creative and artistic side. Joe is not really a new face around here but she has been gone for awhile and I appreciate her feedback so I am including her here. The next time you find yourself with a question about graphics, head on over and see what Joe has to share about Paint Shop Pro as she has become quite talented.

5. Ling comes to us from TripHow.com, which is a travel blog that includes travel trips and things to do with a pointers on how to have a good time. Having only stayed at a Bed & Breakfast one time - when we visited Salem, MA - I enjoyed the look at the Hotel California Bed & Breakfast Inn. My wife and I don’t travel too often but I will be keeping an eye on this site for tips and suggestions.

Hopefully you will take some time to explore the sites of these five people as I truly feel that they all have a great deal to share, all in very different areas of expertise.

Stay tuned to future editions of Speedlinking as you never know when your site may be featured!
