If the files start to get too big, or take up too much bandwidth, a service better situated for quick file storage and retrieval (Amazon S3 would probably work nicely) might be needed. But your hosting account should work fine. Also, with SWF, it'll be possible to view it larger so you can actually see what's going on with the mouse. I’d recommend hosting the SWF files yourself.
