Doh! You Don’t Want To Be On SportsCenter For This

Vesa Toskala, goaltender for the Toronto Maple Leafs, will be getting more than his fair share of notoriety on the sports highlight shows, although unfortunately for him it is for the wrong reasons as you’ll see in the clip below.

While the Leafs were on the power play, Rob Davison of the Islanders collected the puck at his own goal line and fired it down the ice to clear the zone. As the puck moved down the ice it began to take a few crazy bounces and as you can see, it bounced right past the goalie for one of the longest goals.

Luckily for Toskala, Toronto still won the game and that was the only goal that he surrendered to the Islanders. But you can guarantee his teammates were giving him plenty of crap in the locker room after that game!
