I'm too long in the tooth to worry about the "my friends list is bigger than yours" syndrome and I have rediscovered some old school friends who I last spoke with 20 years ago. That in itself has made it worthwhile. The downside are the daily random requests from so called "friends" that you don't know from Adam. How do they find you on there? Very frustrating. I’ve used Digg and Delicious but the only one in your list that I regularly visit is Facebook.

As for Twitter, no I haven't signed up yet and have been somewhat reluctant to do so due to the time involvement.
