Open Invitation For Guest Authors

A few months back, I was preparing for a business trip to Las Vegas and had posted about a variety of methods that a blogger can use to keep the blog running while traveling. At the time, I did my best to utilize the approach of scheduling a handful of posts to publish while I was away.

Well…it is nearly time for me to head out of town again - this time I am heading to Disney World with the family for a much needed vacation.

This time around I would really like to open the floor of this blog, or any of my other blogs, to all of you. With such an outstanding community, I am excited at the possibility of having some of you step up to share a guest post with me and the rest of readers.

What do you think?

Are you interested in writing a guest post for Derek Semmler dot com? Is there something that you have been wanting to share with a new community of readers? How would you like to drive some additional traffic to your own blog?

Still not convinced?

Take a look at some of the benefits of guest blogging and I am sure that you will be ready to share your voice with all of us.

Interested but not sure what to write? Let your imagination run wild. There really aren’t any restrictions on what you can write, as just about anything goes here. After all, I have been coining this blog as The Kitchen Sink of the Interweb.

So, what do you think?

If you’re interested in writing a guest post, please contact me or you can send me a tweet and we will work out the details.

I’m already convinced, thank you. Email coming up. BTW, it just occured to me that the pressure to write good stuff on someone else’s blog is way higher than the crap you can write on your own blog. :)

Hi Derek,

I’d like to throw my hat in this ring, and crack my exposed head on what to write!

Ok ok, I’ll help you out…email on the way.

You certainly need/deserve this vacation after hearing about all you’ve had going on lately and your sleep issuses. Don’t worry though, it’s not because I’m sympathetic to your situation, I just decided that I should try to do and accept some guest posts.
