From the department of “And you thought you were having a bad day…”, I came across a story about a woman in Nanjing that fell from her sixth-floor balcony and was saved when she landed on a pile of turds.
The lady had been hanging out her laundry when she toppled over the balcony. Down below there were workers that had been cleaning a neglected septic tank from the building, which is where the lady landed and survived with only slight injuries. While she is lucky to have survived the fall, I’m sure it wasn’t very pleasant to be covered with turds.
You can see the original story at Yahoo! News. But I have one question for you, am I the only one wondering if her neighbors had eaten any corn?

No matter how much you chew, corn always seems to come out just the way it went in.

What a funny story!!! I can’t believe the turds saved her, from the third floor??? She was fortunate!
She fell from the 6th floor! That must have been one powerful pile of poop!
