In an effort to continue building a community and helping other bloggers get their name out to more people, Shawn Knight has created another community link train. This link train is built around the popular blogging resource MyBlogLog.
I’ve been added to the list by Kelly Cho and will be adding a few people of my own to keep the list growing. However, I’m going to surpass the requirement of only adding three new blogs but part of that is because I’m going to set my sights high and add a few uber-bloggers to the list just for fun.

Here are the rules:
1) Write a short introduction about how you found this list and include a link back to that blog.
2) COPY the rules and ENTIRE list below and post it on your blog.
3) Take “My New Community Members” and move them into the “The Original Community Members” list.
4) Find 3 new blogs, join their MyBlogLog Community and add them to the “My New Community Members” section. Remember to also add the “Join the Community” link next to your new blogs. ( Example: http://www.mybloglog.com/buzz/community/shawnknight/ )
5) Join as a member to each Community listed here by clicking on “Join the Community”. The goal is that all of the new Members listed will join your community, and you should do the same!

Think these uber-bloggers will join the train? 😉
Lol, I figured it was worth a shot and couldn’t hurt to add them to the list.
Awesome, thanks for the continued support and good luck with all the new members!
No problem. You’ve started another good idea with the MBL link train and I’m happy to be on board courtesy of Kelly.
way to join the train 🙂
Thanks. Now I just need to stop sleeping and actually come up with one of these ideas myself! 😉
Try the shower – thats where most of my blogging ideas originate LOL
There is a limitations at number of communities one can join each day.
Do you know what the limitation is per day?
as per my knowledge, its 15 a day. You cannot join more than 15 communities per day.
Thanks for providing the feedback. That can certainly limit how many in the MyBlogLog train you can add in one day.
Yeah.. folks at MBL is working hard to prevent any such exchange.
I can understand that, as some of the popular metrics are losing their value over time as a true barometer of success.
For a short while, I hit the MBL Hot Members section and that brought a nice increase of traffic and new community members. Now if I could just get back on there. 🙂
I got into hot communities charts of MBL twice. 😀
My blog is in top 50 of MBL since feb 2007 so am getting some good traffic.
Recently i tried to game MBL. Read my post about it.
MyBlogLog Trick
Lol, I read that post earlier today after you had made your first comment on MBL. I was exploring your site and noticed that post, although I saw that MBL requested you remove how it was done.
Yeah.. actually the full post lasted for a hour or so on my blog. The exploit is also fixed now by MBL. I hope to get something better next time. 😀
It’s nice to see that MBL actually fixed the problem though. ShoeMoney had posted some exploits awhile back and they seemed to be ignoring his suggestions on fixing the holes at first.
