A little over two weeks ago, I posted about my need to dust off the weights and work on improving my health and fitness.
Much to my amazement, I received an offer from Melanie over at Dietriffic.com to help me construct a healthy eating plan. After a few email conversations and a completed questionnaire, Melanie has provided me with a recommended eating plan and tips on how to lead a healthier lifestyle.
I’m still reviewing all of the information that Melanie has provided to me and planning on how I can introduce the new meals. My wife just went grocery shopping last night and we don’t have everything that will be needed, but I do see that some of the meals are possible with what we have in the house right now.

Melanie, I’d like to take a moment to offer my sincere thanks for taking the time to help me out with a suggested meal plan and additional suggestions and tips that will lead to a healthier lifestyle. I’m looking forward to the challenge of breaking my unhealthy eating habits and being a better role model to my kids.
It’s going to require a lot of hard work and dedication, which is a lesson that I have been learning with my blogging as well so I am confident that I will be successful. The good diet and nutrition will lead to the healthier life. To apply it consistently, it another matter. The key word is how we can discipline to have this good habit. Hope, you will write an article about it, after succes to follow your diet.
