Detroit Pistons Whining

Am I the only one that is tired of seeing the constant whining from the Detroit Pistons?
As I just watched the end of the Pistons and Cavaliers game, I realized that the Piss-and-Moaners are nothing more than a group of overgrown babies that throw a tantrum whenever a call does not go their way.
As far as basketball games are concerned, Game 5 was an outstanding game and it was quite an effort by Lebron James to carry his team to victory. While I am not ready to appoint James’ performance as one of the best playoff performances of all-time like Marv Albert did numerous times, I do believe that this game was a phenomenal basketball game.
However, I think the constant whining on the part of the Piss-and-Moaners is detracting from an otherwise outstanding series. Before the series began, I did not think that the Cavaliers had much of a chance against the Pistons but each game has been a very close, hard-fought battle.
When the game is close, you’ll notice that the Pistons players continually argue with the officials and whine every time there is a whistle blown and the call does not go their way. This type of behavior is nothing new from the Pistons as they behaved the same way in the previous series against the Chicago Bulls and have a track record of whining in previous years.
For this reason alone, I hope that the Cavaliers are able to close out this series on Saturday night in Cleveland and send this group of babies off to the daycare for the rest of the summer.
Game 6 should be exciting and I will certainly be pulling for the Cavaliers!

Geez. No joke. It was as bad as Tim Duncan’s worst day…which seems like an everyday affair for the Pistons lately. Lebron went off last night. Some amazong clutch shots.
Not sure who I want the Spurs to play more…Cleveland, who has former coaches and players in its organization…or Detroit, who has the playoff experience. I don’t think either team can beat us in a 7-game series, but I still get nervous…for whatever reason.

From a pure matchup standpoint, I’d like to see the Spurs play the Pistons. But with all of the theatrics, I really do not want to watch the Pistons any more than necessary.
Either way, I will be pulling for the Spurs as I do not care for the Cavs or the Pistons. After all, I am a Bulls fan! 🙂

A bit late on this one but I agree. I actually think that the “Whining” about calls in the NBA has gotten a bit out of hand. They should not even be able to talk to the refs.

Better late than never! 🙂
It has gotten out of hand although with the recent controversy in the NBA with the one ref makes you wonder if it happens more than they let on.

No doubt.I’m sick of the “Piss n Moaners” myself.Rasheed just whines and screams so much, the refs just T him up before he even throws a fit now. Then he really throws and fit and gets ejected (or almost does haha).Gotta love it.
