Since everyone loves to get something for free, I wanted to make a quick mention of two exciting offers that are currently taking place over at Dad Balance.
Book Giveaway
Five lucky readers of Dad Balance will have a chance to win a copy of the book Traditions: Simply Capturing Your Traditions, courtesy of Cherish Bound.
Simply leave a comment at Dad Balance by 5pm Pacific, November 11th, 2007 to be entered for your chance to win.
Exclusive MOO Discount
In another exciting bit of news, Dad Balance has reached a deal with MOO.com to offer an exclusive discount on an order of MOO MiniCards.
These cards can be customized with up to six lines of text and you can add your own images or select from one of the MOO designs. They make great little business cards but can also be used for many other purposes. Stop by and design your card today as the discount is only valid until November 30th, 2007.

The MOO minicards sound quite interesting. I’ll have a look. Thanks.

Count me in for the contest. Books are great to put drinks on so they don’t leave ring stains on my furniture 😉

Leo, just to avoid any confusion, the comment needs to be left on the post over at Dad Balance. I updated the text of the link to be a little more clear that the comment must be made on the other site to enter.

I’m always up for free stuff, I’ll head on over there and enter the contest now even though I have no idea what that book is.

There seems to be a widespread trend in the service industry now I call: “I won’t tell you until you tell me.”
In other words, “We will implement ripoffs here and there and apologize and reverse if YOU find them.”

@Nick :: Thanks for entering!
@Damien :: Looks like you commented on the wrong post. Either that or you consider my giveaway to be a ripoff. 🙂
@Ed :: Thanks for the feedback. The print quality is very good and I love the designs on the Brian Taylor cards that I selected. Do you use them as business cards or for some other purpose?
